Starting Healthy Lifestyle with Family Workout

Panda Besties, have you exercised with your family together?
If you have, which workout that you and your family done?
Me, Panda, I prefer cycling.

Whatever the exercises we do, the snack must be Hello Panda! Panda Besties and family most favourite biscuit that filled with various flavours: Chocolate, Strawberry, Milk Vanilla, Cheese Cream and Cookies & Cream.

Workout is a very interesting activity that can be done by you and your family to gain a healthy lifestyle. By doing some workouts, your body will be more fit, stronger and healthy. Moreover, you and your family will improve the bond among the family members too by doing workouts together, interesting isn’t it?

However, among all of the workouts and exercises, Moms, you also can choose which one of them that can be done with your little one in a safe and fun manner.

For your little one, the benefits of exercising are training the muscle and body balance, keeping their focus and also supporting child growth and development. Therefore, it is best to introduce the importance of improving their motor skills especially with exercising and doing some workouts.

These are some workouts recommendations to be done together with your kids and family:

1. Jogging and Walking
This basic activity can be done wherever, whenever. Moms, you can bring your kids to jog and walk in the morning, when the air so clear and fresh, at your cluster or park nearby.

2. Jumping
Beside walking and jogging, you also can do some basic jumping activity with your kids at home. By jumping, your little one can improve their muscle and joint strength. For example, you can ask your kids to grab some stuffs that placed in higher position than their height. This exercise will make your kids jump to grab them.

3. Swimming or Other Water Sports
Most of the kids love to play some water, and if your little one is one of them, Moms and Dads can bring your kids to swim from their early age. In the other hand, home workouts and swimming also can improve their breathing, stamina and muscle performance. You don’t have to swim in a proper and big swimming pool, you can fill a rubber kids pool and let the swim there, Moms.

4. Cycling
Some benefits of cycling are enhancing your feet strength and body balance, also keep your heart and body to stay fit. Cycling also can boost your metabolism and stabilize your body weight too, Moms. Let’s do some cycling at home with your kids!

 

5. Aerobics
Moms, you can be the ‘role model’ for your kids by doing aerobics. Aerobics contain with some activities including jumping to improve their flexibility and focus ability. Please do prepare some extra spaces so your kids can move freely.
